Pilot of Supercar and resident hero. Willing to risk his life to travel anywhere . . . anytime . . . except into Beaker’s laboratory while the Doc’s engaged in an experiment. Two-fisted, rugged, dependable, resourceful and is fully licensed to carry those eyebrows.
Dr. Horatio Beaker
Co-designer of Supercar. Eccentric scientist. Unofficial authority on impromptu laboratory explosions. Possessor of all the world’s esoteric knowledge. Capable of accomplishing practically anything except properly finishing a sentence. Swings the meanest umbrella this side of John Steed.
Professor Rudolf Popkiss
Co-designer of Supercar. Brilliant Engineer. Cook. Cheerful father-figure and semi-professional voice of Sanity and Reason. Often the man behind the remote control back at base (obviously no fool he). The face of a Christmas elf with the brain of a Bruñel. The finest German import since the Volkswagen.
Jimmy Gibson
Professional kid sidekick. His job is to ask the obvious questions the fans in the viewing audience are asking. He has successfully managed to skip several years of public schools, perhaps making him the most brilliant member of the cast. Occasionally operates equipment without blowing it up, which puts him several points ahead of Beaker.
Mitch the Monkey
Blonde monkey with the sort of eyes you used to see painted on velvet and sold on the sides of highways. Extremely useful as a deux ex machina, and beats Jimmy in the comedy relief category. In the "Saved The Other Team Members Lives" sweepstakes he comes in second just behind Mike.
